Rain boots
It’s been raining for like 2 weeks straight here, so I finally caved and bought some galoshes a few days ago for when I take Gator outside. Due to my height-challenged state, they come up to my knees so I feel weird when I wear them outside with shorts.
Anyway, I’ve been pronouncing it like “ga-lashe-ees” (kind of like the breakfast pastry kolaches, but with a g) because I had a pair when I was little and that’s what I called them then. I keep hearing that I’m saying it wrong. I don’t care, I’m going to keep saying it like that.
I’m taking my dog outside right now, so that’s why I’m posting this. FYI.
