Pretty much everywhere

I don’t really want to generalize, but I’ve noticed this too. They are always the ones who just speak up out of nowhere, sometimes interrupting the professor even, to share their opinion that may or may not even be relevant to the discussion. I’m all for people sharing (intelligent) opinions and everything, but I’ve noticed that it’s not uncommon for them to just cut in and talk where most everyone else is raising their hand.
